In addition to smooshing about 15 blades onto a razor, Gillette now makes vibrating "powered" razors. I think in theory having the blade vibrate makes the hairs stand up more and gets a closer shave. With the parents doing the cottage thing, it's looking fairly certain like the Tercel Of Love will be in Toronto this summer, helping out with another leg of the cross country bike tour. We had an early morning and took a van for a half hour or so to a lake, where we were boated across to jeeps that carried us up through these insanely steep and rugged mountain "road" to Monte Verde.
