Just got back from playing poker with the boys...its a pretty solid friday night routine. The first 3/4 of the evening wasn't looking stellar for me, but I went out with a bang on a sort of flukey hand. Net total for the night was up a whopping $1.
When I got home, I'd gotten like 4 emails from the hayden mailing list saying that there was a new Hayden website. Watched all of his videos...the newest one, Hollywood Ending, which is a pretty catchy song, is probably the happiest I've ever seen this guy. He must have cracked a smile ATLEAST twice during the video!
Anyways, this term, and this summer have just totally flown past. Still a LOT of work to be done. Then hopefully August will be nice and relaxing. I don't need to start work until Sept 7th, so there's even some potential I might go camping with Laura again on the Sept long weekend. I'm probably going to be out at my cottage in New Brunswick(and no, things with Simon aren't panning out in terms of him coming to chill at le cottage) for about 2 weeks after exams. I like the cottage.
Hmm...yes. Housing in toronto is looking like trouble. i'm trying to find a place that's both close to work, and close to Laura, for 2 people so I can live with my friend Dave. Heck, it looks like there's potential for as many as 4 people if there are any fancy 4 person places...but time is flying VERY quickly. We thought we'd found a winner, but it ended up actually being only a 1 bedroom place and the people living there had 2 beds in one room. Weird.
