Mercy!
My lordy, the Ottawa Senators have been on a RAMPAGE this season. While they're not even #1 in the NHL(Detroit has been doing remarkably well), the Sens have been looking impressively strong, particularly in terms of scoring. Ottawa is DOMINATING the goals/points statistics race in the NHL, with three out of the top 4 in each category going to ottawa. IN the plus/minus category ottawa has all four top positions locked down...
On the weekend ottawa WHOOMPED toronto 8-0. Danny Heatley scored a remarkable 4 goals. Last night the sens took it to Buffalo *TEN* to 4. Marty Havlat and Daniel Alfredsson BOTH scored 4 goals each. That's three seperate sens getting 4 goals each in a span of 4 days! Ooomph, that's GOTTA hurt!
