Hot Hot Heat
I was walking down Queen Street here in Toronto today, and went past a women's fitness centre.
The sign out front advertised yoga classes....but not NORMAL yoga classes, nono... "We specialize in HOT YOGA".
This piqued my interest. What pray tell is HOT YOGA? Is it more like "sexy" hot, or like...hot like a craze? Or is it more literal, like you do yoga in a sauna?
A little research brought me to this page: http://hotyoga.ca. It sounds like it really IS hot like heat.
"The heated environment helps prevent injury, improves circulation and promotes detoxification."
Huh. What will they think of next?
