Painting update
Okay okay, truth be told I was having a little fun with you guys....the pink bedroom was not quite exactly what it seemed like!
Since our walls were a white, and we were painting a dark, you need to do a coat with a tinted primer...which in our case was a bright pink.
The end result of the painting, with the actually paint, was pretty decent - a little darker than we wanted in some spots, and a little lighter in others, but for the most part it looks pretty good.
I also wanted to send a shout-out to the really nice cabbie that took me over to the new corporate apartment last night! Very friendly and well-spoken guy from Colombia.
I'm only in this apartment for this week...but this place is stupid nice. It's a brand new, very modern-chic place with a HUGE bedroom. Is ANYONE going to come visit? There's only a another 5 weeks or so of opportunity!
